I wouldn't say this is the most challenging idea, but this is currently the biggest one I came up with and invested in. Having the opportunity to lead and coordinate with the participants, gathering and modifying a lot of references, creating crude drawings examples, and translating that idea in text in a way that wouldn't bloat it out for the artist. It was a very fun and challenging experience for myself.
I doubt I'll orchestrate something this large again for a long time (mainly not as directly in charge). Though more small scale ideas (two or three people) or a shared collaboration is something I may consider next time I think about setting up something large .
