A mousy librarian with multiple personality disorder, the Vanguard accident gave rise to the spirit of Cernunnos within her. She changes shape as she changes personality, invoking the Wild Hunt to track and follow criminals wherever she finds them. Her body, when inhabited by Cernunnos, can dissolve into a fog from which she divides and splits into a pack of massive, ravenous wolves. Trust me: don't break a law when she's around...
