have always enjoyed those cube texture studies people do, and since my studies are usually anatomy sketches I wanted my next batch to use colour instead, so I took a week after finishing a commission to start this.
got a bunch more I intend to do (how does anyone paint wicker from scratch? we'll Find Out) but it'll probably take a while to get to so here are these for now ( ᐛ )و

they took as little as 20-40 minutes for the first four all the way up to an hour and a halfish for the last three;
started simpler to figure out how I wanted to do them, got a bit intimidated on how to even start some like the ice, but they have all been very fun and I look forward to the rest :3c
also cameo of my own dog cause I figured more fleshed out, lineless fur is probably worth practicing so I went and just made it my own bean while I was at it. my family adoooress this one and calls him 'minecraft dog' xD (I'd love to make stickers of that one and the mushroom someday, maybe)
