Frost now has adapted the transformation to be a lamia or naga at will which ever form pleases him or certain people that feel comfortable with either form. Lamia form is shorter cause of his canine half is still present. Naga form is bigger cause of inspiration of Kalla at his side as she helps him master the form as she tells him how a naga body should be.
