"Spitfire! Some ARCS in Bei-Shan colours broke into the arena and started attacking the ADTO ones! They're headed your way!"

Growling as a .50 caliber bullet pinged off his left shoulder plate, Spitfire snapped his Plasma Cannon towards the incoming pair of green-coloured Light-Class ARCS as they charged towards him, keeping his Heavy Blade ready in case one got close. Like the Medium-Class he had taken down after ripping the arm off one of the blue-armored ADTO bots.

"I've noticed Marcus!" he roared, and with a flash of blue light, the plasma bolt rushed forward towards his target.

I was supposed to end up finishing off another anthro piece, but as I ended up experimenting with drawing Spitfire again using a new skeleton to try and make it easier to draw, which ended up actually ended up working quite well! Too well as it turned out, as I started going much further with this piece than I planned! Once again, Spitfire is back up, and this time in the midst of actual combat. Well, it was supposed to be a competition featuring a friendly Team Deathmatch game until some rogue ARCS broke in and started firing more dangerous shots.

This was actually really fun to draw, between the work on Spitfire, a better background, rain, the energy and kinetic shots like a plasma cannon bolt and I even managed to creep in part of a design for another Arcbot. Too bad the guy is dead. Unless he gets resurrected, since I kinda like that design.

I think this also actually marks a crux point. I've said I've considered doing commissions for a while now, but after this one, I feel more ready than ever, and will likely be blending it in with other stuff. So hopefully I can work out those details soon!
