Askook's friendship with the others was saved by Alastor and Charlie listening in to the boys talking in the hotel hallway one day. Hearing his family was moving from Pride to Wrath during his Junior year of high school, he didn't want to leave and wanted to graduate with his friends. Alastor and Charlie heard this and pitched the idea of having him work at the hotel where he can also get free room, board, and food with some pay. He was on his knees thanking the two of them and when his parents had given the okay to it and eventually moved, he himself had moved into the hotel.

He took the chance to thank Alastor by basically shadowing him. Looking up to him in terms of work and getting as much information as he can. He knows Alastor's "Always keep smiling to keep the others guessing" and uses that when on the clock as he comes off with some Alastor mannerisms he has picked up of how he does things or addresses others. But when he's off the clock he returns to his normal very chill self.

His own special talents comes down to him and what his dragon side brings to the table. He really seems to take a liking to Razzle and has been seen protecting Charlie with Razzle if she ever is in danger. He does it because he knows the whole place goes down if something happens to Charlie, but the dragon side of things might be why he has a connection to Razzle.

When it comes to his own self defense, he's a hellfire breather. As basic of a dragon can be except his genes seem to be able to produce fire so hot it could very well cause damage to at least a prince or a careless overlord. He's able to manipulate it in ways like a fireball, an arrow, or just the basic fire breath.
