Thought I could dip my toes into YCHs so here is the first one!

Rules:
Cartoon characters, video game characters, human and nonhuman characters and OCs (including my OCs) are welcome.
I can add a background of which ever you like.
do have a reference sheet for your character you want.
Having your character in scenarios like Licking, rubbing, tickled with feather/Brush is allowed.
and that’s about it.

Note: some YCHs in the future will be free just like this one.
