Born without any vocal cords, Dread usually use telepathy to speak, or in case if his powers are blocked temporarily, the Cranidos carries a whiteboard with him, so he can write what he wants to say. His own red coloration is thanks to a condition called erythrism, in which his pigmentations are unusually red, heck even more redder than a Shiny Cranidos.
