Yea, sometimes they do "Surprise commissions" starting at $30. It's artistic freedom and the quality is random, you don't really know what you will get. In my case, it wasn't a fullbody picture.
The wait time was also extremely high, it was a commission paid in August 2023, finished in January 2024.
