Incase your confused to why she's A girl?: This is A completely different Mewtwo that exists in the same Pokemon Anime Universe.
Mewtwo (The OG one) was diapered before, so why not his Sister, Newtwo (From Movie 16: Gensect). Also my 1ST time drawing Baby Usagi diapers,
& I'm proud of it.
Also since she's A Mew Fossil, she can't...Use...The diaper, oh well At lest she looks cute in it. ^^
