- Finished commissions are always sent via gmail, to save the quality

- I place orders in list order. If you want me to give priority to your order you must pay me 20%+ of the commission cost.

- As a client you have the right to request changes during the sketch, during colouring haves only 3 changes.

- I do not accept refunds. Only in case of:
If I exceed the waiting time, you have the right to request a refund or cancel the order. If there is a major issue preventing you from paying for the order, I am willing to discuss these issues privately.

- You can ask how their commission is doing in that time period!

- PLEASE send me clear and non-pixelated references of your character, if the reference is not clear I will not accept the order.
