Inspired by the Sauer's Vanilla sign in Richmond, VA.
This illuminated sign was a prominent feature in Fuchsburg. The chef's arm swivels, a drop falls into the pot, and the word "Schtum" would gradually illuminate as if it was steam wafting out of the pot. SCHTUM itself was a magickal ingredient which rendered diners temporarily mute, so they couldn't criticize your cooking.
