The god that born from a prank is here. So here is some info:

His name come from a litle distorcion of the words Lightning roar in Norwegian. Originaly wanted more indonesian sounding name but turn out the words where insanely long.

For his shape he is a mix of various animals as it was harder to get to look right, went with an electric eel as a classic, but also mix with a little of dolphin for the face, manta ray for the wings/fins, bone crest from a cryolophosaurus and a little of mantis shrimp for the plates on the back, tail tip and the small fins on the sides of the head. Plus the lack of eyes

Colors are mainly stormy blues and bright electric blues for the lightnings, bur added a touch of red to break the contrast.
