What if Zyxera the Delphox/Zoroark/Ninetales was a warrior? This is the potential idea of what she’d be like and what she’d fight with.
Is she seriously capable like other warriors, or it is just for show?~

Of course Zyxera would be good at it because she's the overdeity of your setting! In fact, she's more likely to overdo her power rather than undergo it. In fact, I'd like to think she's still standing on universal fabric here!
I like how her outfits just billowing around her in a way that shows that she's been using these fans for a while and hasn't just strike a pose, and of course it's extremely beautiful along with the fans. I had cannon that she's had these the whole time and just doesn't use them because she normally has no reason to.
I know I'm repeating myself, but I adore how you can fit so much detail into even your simpler pictures.

I like how you've actually made it look ambiguous with the simplistic nature of the sketch because it allows people to fill things in while still keeping your interpretation accurate. Well played!
She can probably control how flowy it is, but I'd argue that she's not attempting to control it here so she can let it flow naturally. However things work in the space between universes. Sometimes it's more dominant to not trying to control everything and Zyxera would definitely no when it's best to not try to mess with things and let them work out naturally.
Considering she may have been the first being in your setting to ever exist, she probably gave herself those fans. Maybe instead of a tool of destruction they're a tool of creation that she uses or at least used to help her? And knowing her they're probably somehow inhabited too either by mortals or a divine realm or something. Come to think of it, they are quite unusual So what if those warm fans actually make up the Palword universe? They are clearly not normal, so that would explain why the laws manifest differently.😜
