I prefer to draw on RIDICULOUSLY HUGE CANVASES because it's easier to fix up small mistakes without making it worse. Though that's also the reason I post the actual full image as a separate link, so the people who don't like the enormous size can just click "Download" under the submission to get a smaller version :V
