I can't quite tell if I did this one before the first Sonic movie came out or after... I'm
not good with remembering dates and time like that xd
There's always a part of me that wants to draw more Sonic stuff but I'm really not good
with the characters and their relationships, even just their names or interests, etc...
When it comes to MLP, at least I've watched 3 or 4 full seasons at some point, but I haven't
actually watched Sonic or played the games. Did see the two movies though x3
Anyway, smol random doodle with big friendly Tails~

Honestly watching just the movies is enough to get the core dynamic. Beyond that, they keep making changes for each game and show so I wouldn't worry too much about not knowing the characters too well.
That said your art style works really well with Tails. I'd love to see more pics of him being larger than the rest of the cast, giving them non-consensual noms and/or floof hugs. Especially Rouge

You'll definitely get a lot of fans if you make Tails x Rouge pics. And Blaze can always use more love.
I'm a casual Sonic fan at best, but I've heard the recent shows, Prime and Boom, were well-received by fans.
One of the last Sonic games I played (and enjoyed) was Sonic Rush on the DS. It introduced Blaze. I vaguely recall her character being serviceable for what it was as she formed a friendship with one of the rabbit characters.
