Lord Reginald Clydesdale Stallione the Third is the mayor of Brighthue. He is often at odds with his constituents, whom he affectionately calls 'the common folk' (which is a drastic improvement from when he used to affectionately call them 'those silly little poors.' Hooray for character development!)
Lord Stallione inherited his riches from his grandfather, whom served as a butler to the first mayor of Brighthue, inheriting his vast fortune after his passing. Lord Stallione's strange habit of financially supporting any silly idea the locals have for improving the town never seems to put a dent in his savings, which is a mystery to this day.
