Genevieve Raffelle, daughter of Jeanette Raffelle, is the namesake of the short story series My Cartoon Girlfriend. She is a toon that lives in Brighthue, a cartoon town in a parallel world to the protagonist, her non-toon human boyfriend Wright Tebelock.
