Okay! Dengolins also know as mage eating dogs (Meds) were an alchemistic experiment that led first to the feral Dengolin and then to the Anthro version as the species evolved. All Dengolin can switch between a humanoid and feral form. They are arcanavores needing magic to sustain themselves as magic doesn't natural flow in their bodies. They can get this through magic plants, trinkets, and magical beings.
They have two sets of ears that make them very adept at pinpointing sound, with poor distant vision. They also have a powerful nose that can help them pick up particles of magic to lead to a meal. They can regenerate their teeth as they wear down and have retracting claws like a feline. Snake tails like the ones above have a venomous bite that can partially paralyze.
Dengolin are born genderless and remain that way until they hit puberty in their teens. While most will become male and female, intersexed, herms, and individuals that can shift their gender are possible as well.
