How much good is a guard on an island inhabited by pirates, really? Who is guarding what, and from who?
Rhun Morgan questioned this at first, but it also means a steady paycheck and regular meals at the local tavern as payment for his services.
The island is Corsair Cay, and it's controlled by the pirates who rule the seas in this part of the world. But, you never know when the trade companies may try to slip a spy in among the townsfolk. That's why Rhun keeps watch.

Rhun Morgan character belongs to me. He's a canine of undetermined species or breed, and with questionable morals.
