I feel like if Anna's body was to have exploded from eating too much food then it would've done so a long while ago now. I don't think this is one of those 'cursed amulet gives wearer wealth and power but in turn makes you voracious enough to constantly eat until you explode' kind of situations but is instead like a 'cursed amulet gives wearer wealth and power but in turn curses them with a gradually increasing appetite that might eventually leave them immobile and/or a massive blob if they don't realize quick enough that the charm is cursed' type of situation.

Plus, if she doesn't explode, then that means we'll probably get to see her grow bigger! 😊
