Toying around with the grayscale shading method of doing a daker grayscale and then setting it to a hard light layer over flats. Another method is laying the grayscale as the bottom layer and using the color layers as overlay or hard light...

Was surprisingly quick but I think I need more practice with it before/if I offer it p as a commission tier. I'm not 100% sure how well this will preserve the true values of the colors for the characters.

additional note: Kana's facial balance is off on this one but it was 40 mins from start to finish quick sketch so I wasn't exactly focused on making it perfect
