Backlog part 3: King Pyrite! A villain for Imagifair, one of my planned projects. He's incompetent until he's not.

Bio (taken from his Toyhouse page): The self-proclaimed King of Imagifair! To be fair, nobody actually cares about his ruling. They kind of let him go unchallenged, mainly because he's harmless and incompetent... until his P-K9 units suddenly manifested one day... on the same day he thought Sirus wanted to "overthrow" him.
News from the outside says... a weird dog gave him the tip.
