It's Lucas, the friendly right-hand man to Emperor Theodore Livingston, and Lucifer, the evil demon dragon using the former as a host. Now in toon form!
Despite sharing a body, I thought it'd be cool if they shared a picture together. Sort of like a, as the title implies, "two sides of the same coin" sort of thing.
They're both powerful sorcerers. Lucifer moreso. In fact, Lucifer using magic has... explosive results, shall we say.
