Dendrochronological Emulation is a spell that takes a sample from the oldest trees in the area, and displays random tree rings to the caster. One could emulate and amplify the conditions the tree went through on that ring phase. Maybe there was a massive drought, a massive flood, a volcanic eruption, an earthquake, and even the most dangerous amplification of all, a cosmic event.
