Making a cuppa to satiate my tea addiction, kettle's just boiled if you'd also want one?

This has been sat at around 90% finished for just over a month now as I've just not had the will power to do anything. Though, a little known indie game known as Helldivers 2 has released recently and I've re-gained the will to finish this off to then do something helldivers related, for Managed Democracy.
