The last run of the Orlando and Western excursion service between Tavares and Mount Dora, Florida waits to leave the station. Operating over Florida Central trackage the host shortline ended up cutting off service to Mount Dora due to the FRA requiring alot of expensive track work. As that section of track had no industrial customers the railroad opted to just close the line. The excursions ran to nearby Eustis, FL for a couple of more weekends but ridership quickly dropped off and the excursion company moved to the St. Mary's Railroad in Georgia.
