Indestructibility has yet to really be all that useful in the game during Standard these days. There are a lot of ways to make nigh on invincible creatures die today.

But paying once for the ability to stomp on any normal battle and move on... that works. Oh yeah. Damage means jack. Kill spells mean jack. Wrath of God means jack. Infect... well, that takes the brakes off the rape train. But I digress... Withstand Death is badass for everyone who's tired of the phrase: Dies to Doom Blade.
