Look up "The Real Ludmilla" on YouTube. She's the villain of the movie Bartok the Magnificent and has a fairly legendary TF during her big villain musical number.

Even Don Bluth himself endorses it--unlike Anastasia, he had much more personal involvement with Bartok, and he's even outright said it's the better movie XD

I have to admit I’m surprised to hear he favoured Barton over Anastasia but I can definitely understand it at some points, he truly was a master at movie creation when he had deeper involvement!

In 1999, the animated film Anastasia got a direct-to-video spinoff called Bartok the Magnificent. about Rasputin's little bat sidekick voiced by Hank Azaria.

The main antagonist of the film is Ludmilla, a conniving noblewoman who wants to seize the throne for herself. Along the way, she gets ahold of a magic potion that will make her "ten times outside what she is on the inside." She thinks she'll become even more beautiful, but one musical number later, she transforms into a giant dragon and goes on a rampage.

And if you watch how it's animated, there's no way someone in Don Bluth's studio wasn't one of us.
