WIthin the intricacies of the lucrative Di'Tirin Industries, those at the top enjoy a rather simple, yet effective management style. Everyone knows their place, and balance is maintained. As the CEO and founder, Mr. Di'Tirin often says - "Balance is everything. If balance cannot be maintained, so too will order collapse, and we cannot have that, now can we?" In this particular instance however, one such associate has started making a lot of noise lately. Namely, this one has not been appreciative of the work she is doing, and for that reason, has all but demanded a meeting to discuss her future with the company...
"Ah, Ms. Rinkan, it is a pleasure to have you here - and punctual too! I hope you do not mind if our Vice President of Operations and my darling Wife joins us for this meeting? I feel her input may be quite... insightful."
Of course, The Mrs. herself, Sachi Di'Tirin, always a woman of few words, does not feel the need to speak just yet. Instead, she takes a rather informal position on the desk, sitting as the expected pays a visit...
