One of my many Death Knights from World of Warcraft. Brakken Darkward is, or rather was, a Kaldorei named Thalerian Mistoak. After the death of his family in the War of the Satyr, Thalerian fell in with Ralaar Fangfire, then a Druid of the Forbidden Pack Form. Remaining loyal to Ralaar even after he turned against the Kaldorei and became the first Worgen, Thalerian became a Druid of the Scythe and, like Ralaar, was banished to the Emerald Dream. Emerging thousands of years later with Ralaar in Shadowfang Keep, Thalerian was turned against the Scourge and died in battle, his body being carted off for research and use. He was reborn as a Construct, his body bulked with muscle to such an extent that it strains his skin. Then known as Breacher, he fell in with the Knights of the Ebon Blade and joined them on the assault on Light's Hope Cathedral.
Now he is Brakken Darkward, a new person sworn to protect the Living by any means necessary. Armed with a massive battle axe and clad in imposing plate, he fights those who would harm the Living as a Knight of the Ebon Blade.
