Morthalis in both his Night Elf Form and his Worgen Form. Given that he was a Pack Druid, and according to World of Warcraft: Curse of the Worgen Pack Druids had some decidedly wolffish attributes. Morth's a lot more beastial in his Night Elf form than most, with hairy hands, shoulders and chest and claw-tipped fingers.
