The first piece of digital art I've ever completed - and wow, lots of mixed feelings. I'm so proud of the line art and the anatomy for a first try, I just really wish I knew how to colour better. I think I would have rathered it flat coloured still ... but I needed the practice.
So here we have my character Evadne with

One's a sweet timid dormouse and the other's a grizzly ol' rat who's a CEO by day and dirty dyke by - okay, well, all the time. Can I just say the older butch woman thing, totally hot?

I am very proud of you for getting so wrapped up in something and seeing it through to a finish. Providence certainly looks her age, as does Evadne, and it was good to see you working so hard. It's rare that you put the pedal to the metal on anything, but you really pushed and you were excited, and so it was fun to watch my lover show she's a budding artist.
For a first? This is fantastic. Really, it is fantastic. As beauty is in the eye of the beholder, listen to no one who tells you otherwise, because you and I both understand that images like this are mere forms of expression and no one has a right to tell you that you've done it wrong.
Also, you can color all the hair I ever draw forever, because I sucked at it when I started and I suck at it now, and with as good as yours turned out, well... if you keep practicing, we'll probably have to open a collaboration account and churn out some sweet stuff together.
Be forewarned, if you ever desire critique from me, well... I will never ever be good at giving critique to those I adore, and you know I adore you most of all.
