Another note, supposedly Digimon lost their memory when becoming Digiegg, in this case, Spiral Origin’s memory was back-upped so they retain it after being reborn into Digimon. The one who did it was Eiji (he stayed at Kernel) he’s also the one who sent Origin to Herissmon.
