Social Media Reopening + Free Art Raffle
Hello hello one and all. It's no secret that I hate and have actively avoided social media and chatting with folks online for the last few years for my mental health. It's time to change that if I hope to grow my audience.
Part of the reason that I've resisted doing so for so long is that I HATE advertising myself. I figure that if people like my work, they'd follow and support me when they can. But it's hard for those people to find me if I don't put myself out there more.
I'll be treating my accounts more like a not-so-daily journal. I'll post WIPs, individual crayon files, and ideas that will never make it to full illustrations. I want to focus on positivity and am unlikely to post about current events or politics- I'll leave that to the experts!
Now for the part you're all here for: The art raffle
There will be a raffle held on three websites: FurAffinity, Twitter, and Blue Sky. A journal will be published on my account here with further details on how to enter this Friday, 3/1/24.
Each raffle is separate- feel free to enter on multiple websites! You MUST be following my account on the website you wish to enter through and have a visual image of the character you would like drawn.
Each winner will receive a cell shaded icon- valued at $20.
If there's somehow more than a hundred entries on any one website, I'll look into adding more art/prizes. :)

My ADHD loves playing the dopamine roulette, even though I do not lol! Right now, I have two set times that I check in and will pop in once or twice an hour or so after I post something. It's already helped A LOT.
I specifically did not have a phone for YEARS because of this lol

(Also, I'll be tallying/responding to the raffle posts later today when I can do so on my laptop. I haven't missed your entries~)

Yeah, I've been called hard to reach, but maybe that's good. I put Discord back on my phone when I'm travelling, and man I feel the addicition subside the moment I delete it again. >.<

I'm still figuring the ins and outs of how to hack my brain about Discord! It's not so much an addiction as it is an "UGHH....NOT NOW!" but then it ends up being never because I've already waited too long to respond to someone and then I feel awkward about not replying lmao.
