His job detail includes providing care to and stabilizing patients who have any kind of life threatening emergencies.
Patients under his care, are stabilized and then safely brought to a nearby emergency center.
The patients are then put into the care of V1 surgeon synths who have extensive training and are better equipped to provide more advanced care to the patients.

The left plate of their hip opens and contains a defibrillator for uses in CPR. It is connected to a battery separate from the synth’s personal power supply.
The bag on their tail contains extra medical equipment and supplies they might need for any medical procedures.
Their charging fins posses built in flashing red and blue lights to alert people to their presence, and maintain safety upon a scene
