Moveset and Abilities:
Pokemon Species: Slowbro
Pokemon Ability:
- Oblivious (Zeke cannot be unwillingly affected by the Infatuated, Intimidated or Taunted conditions.)
Moves:
- Hypnosis (Zeke targets a creature that can see him within 30 feet of him, causing the creature to be unable to take actions for 3-5 turns/18-30 seconds, and to have the Asleep condition for the duration. If he is not fighting or engaged in hostile interaction with the creature, the creature will obey simple, one-word commands for the duration. If Zeke spends 1 minute hypnotizing the creature, where he does nothing else but continue to hypnotize the creature for the full duration, he can instill one hypnosis-driven trigger or behavior into the creature. If it is a behavior, it must be something relatively minor, such as only feeling comfortable in certain types of clothing, speaking in a certain way, or developing a harmless behavioral habit. If it is a trigger, the creature will perform one action with a description of five words or less whenever the trigger is used, such as "do the chicken dance," "say your thoughts out loud" or "sit down," and will continue to do so either until the action is performed or the trigger happens again- Zeke's choice at the time of hypnosis.)
- Dream Eater (Zeke eats the soothing thoughts and dreams of a hypnotized or asleep target within 5 feet of him. The creature MUST either be under the effects of a hypnosis effect or have the Asleep condition in order to use this ability. Once used, the creature takes significant psychic damage, losing all hypnosis and Asleep effects, and Zeke gains healing equal to half the damage dealt.)
- Calm Mind (Zeke focuses his mind, entering a blissful state of focus. This significantly raises the damage of his magical and psychic abilities (Sp.Atk) as well as his resistance to such. (Sp.Def). This, like most stat-boosting moves, can be stacked up to 400% of their usual Sp.Atk and Sp.Def, and lasts for a total 10 turns/1 minute, after which the effect disappears )
- Protect (Zeke becomes completely immune to all harmful actions and attacks for 1 turn/6 seconds. Using this ability multiple times in a row increases the chances of it failing by 33% for every use past the first. If Zeke does not use this ability for 1 turn/6 seconds, the chances of it failing return to 0%.)
Other Abilities/Ability Notes:
- Zeke has the ability to magically conjure and control latex. When doing this, which is an action when he is in a turn order, he can only conjure up to 100 pounds of latex at a time. To conjure more, he must dismiss an amount equal in mass to the amount he wants to conjure as part of the action. He can also control the shape and movement of latex so long as it is within 60 feet of him, also as an action- he can precisely modify the shape to fit exact specifications while controlling up to 50 pounds of latex. If he tries to control more than 50 pounds of latex at a time, the movements and shape become less precise, getting noticeably more vague in brackets of 10 pounds, up to 100 pounds where his control only allows him to control the state between solid and liquid, and what general direction it is moved in. If the latex is ever more than 60 feet away from him, he cannot move it or control its form until he goes back into range- any latex in liquid form immediately becomes solid, and any latex in the air immediately falls to the ground.
- Zeke is easily susceptible to Infatuation and hypnosis effects when in a sexual context- he does not have immunity to Infatuation if the nature of the charm is flirtacious/sexual with the subject of the charm being an adult. Additionally, he is more likely to fall under the effects of hypnosis under similar circumstances.
- Zeke is blind in his left eye. This makes his general vision worse (made even WORSE if he doesn't have his glasses on), makes it more difficult for him to aim ranged attacks such as his latex projectiles, and leaves him prone to being flanked or ambushed.
- Because he was spawned into the world of Pokemon rather than born into it, Zeke is a Slowbro despite lacking a Cloyster on his tail. This allows him a bit more physical dexterity than the average Slowbro, but his reflexes are still nothing to brag about.
Other Notes:
- Zeke, along with the other characters possessing a "Former Form," was previously from a different plane of existence before being transported to the world of Pokemon by unknown means. Zeke, fortunately, was a massive Pokemon nerd in his previous life, and was able to help the others set themselves up with movesets that allowed them to adequately defend themselves while staying true to their personal desires.
- Zeke's name is short for Ezekiel. He doesn't mind being called either of those, but Ezekiel is usually used in formal occasions.
- Zeke works at a local library, mostly restocking the returned books on their proper shelves. It's a passionless job for him, but it's fairly easy, has good working conditions and pays well, so he still likes it.
- When Zeke was transported to the world of Pokemon, his pet centipede "Kip" was with him at the time. Kip transformed into a Wurmple, and gained sentience as all Pokemon in the world of Pokemon are sentient. Zeke and Kip are close friends, but due to their past lives have decided to keep their relationship purely platonic. Kip, having been previously a centipede, does not currently have an education and is currently studying to get a GED (a high school equivalency diploma).
- While he acts fairly dumb, Zeke is one of the most intelligent members of the character lineup. He just rarely uses that intelligence in perceivable ways.
- Zeke, as shown by the scar around his eye, was not always blind. He doesn't like to talk about where he got the injuries from, becoming uncharacteristically tense when asked about it.
- As a lot of Zeke's abilities are kink-oriented, he doesn't like to use them in public or around Kip unless absolutely necessary for the safety of himself or other people.
- Zeke has ADHD, specifically inattentive type. He has multiple special interests, his main ones being magic, the nature of kinks/fetishes, and bugs- among other more minor interests that come and go. Getting him to focus on things that don't relate to his interests can be difficult, but he does his best to internalize things.
