Just recently returned from sick leave to work

The procedures had a suspiciously bad effect on me,
I practically lost consciousness, although this has never happened to me.
Well, I always wondered what it was, now I know and can definitely say that
I
don’t
like
it.
And I also know exactly what needs to be done if a person becomes ill.
I have extracted a small benefit from my difficult experience

I had difficult days at work.
I didn’t even have time to adapt.
We shortened the weekends and increased the number of working days so that I would have at least some money in my pocket that I could live on.
AND
this had a negative impact on me in the form of a nervous breakdown.
I want to apologize for being so little.
I always feel bad that I don't get everything done on time. And I want to thank you for not beating me with slippers for this.
