this is really easy to make and all i have to say keep your eye when it's in the oven..down want it burn. like mine did.
But it is very good and the ice cream is really good. use fuge toppen.

Yes and it is very sweet. You don't need to cook the sugar. I to it because I was using one of ten styles I found on the web. you pour the sugar slowly in to the mixer at a time if you don't cook it, but only when the egg whites are fluffy and pink.
