I hope I am not too late to this but this banner idea stuck out to me.
I am interested in a B&W slot but might go with a full render depending on some things.
If it is in B&W, does having a different eye color for each of the three characters a change to the YCH base? Does this apply to the text in the background?
I dont want to take up your comment space too much, but I have a few more questions if you'd be willing to answer. I do not have a telegram but do have a discord (-RidleyXL-)

As for your questions:
If you make a black and white version, then changing the color of the characters' eyes will not cost extra, since this is included in the main component of YCH as basic changes for each character! But if you change the side monsters to characters/animals of a certain type, this will be considered an additional change in the YCH base, which is paid for additionally.
The text in the background is the main background of the letter, which is included in the YCH base. If you just want to change the style and the written text itself, this will not be an additional change. But an additional change is considered a complete replacement of the background with another, the same landscape/background image of something that fundamentally changes the plan of the letter on YCH.
Consider that everything that is done from scratch/anew will be considered a change in the template, since the line is drawn from scratch without repeating the base. This means, for example, drawing a different effect instead of a smoke effect, the same fire, splashes, flowing poison, etc. Drawing a different type of animal/evil spirits/ghosts/characters instead of side monsters is also considered a change.
And regarding the rest of the questions, of course, I will contact you soon and we will discuss all the details and points that interest you, I am open to any ideas, because each banner for me is like an individual work, because for each character I want to do something of his own, which will distinguish him from others!
