The blue whispy magic is part of her undefined spirit powers, and will look better in the final image

Shiba: Kellins close friend who help her with the investigations, more of a tec whiz She a hybrid wolf/cougar, daughter of the Tia/Tina. Her personal style is rainbow-bright meets lisa-frank and her positive high energy contrasts and complements the often depressive demeener fo Kellin.
