Doodled up a quick picture because I'm going to be needing it for something in the near future. What is that? Well, you'll just have to wait and find out!
It randomly ended up being mostly feral, or at least as close as my inept hands can get at feral anatomy. I wanted something cute, and I guess doggies are cute, so here we go. xD

Oh, I wouldn't say that. There's no background, and the anatomy is pretty rough and stuff. There's definitely much higher quality stuff than this around FA, though your compliment has not gone unnoticed :P
I did do it in two or so hours all in one sitting, so it's a bit of a quickie for me. But all the same, I'm glad you like it! Thanks much :3

Oh, he's just too cute! Who could resist a face like that? You just wanna pat him on the head. I like this design. It does look a bit like a cross between feral and anthro, but that's not a bad thing at all. I think it's mostly that his back legs make him look like he's squatting rather than sitting like an ordinary dog, but you could just call this a transitionary form or something. In any case, it's an adorable picture, and I think you did a really good job overall. I've always liked his long tail and it's even cuter when it's as long as his whole body! I'll be sure to keep an eye out for whatever you have in mind. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
Heh, that's mostly because I have no clue how to draw ferals, but I'm glad to hear it's looking okay x3 And you can never go wrong with a big long fluffy tail!

Yeah, I saw your journal just after I commented. It figures I'd be flat broke just now! Ah well, maybe next time I'll get lucky. I'd love to commission you sometime, if I ever have the chance. I know that's not the sort of thing you want to hear, because it's not at all helpful. So I'll just wish you best of luck with your commissions when you do open for them, and I'll enjoy the art it'll bring.

I agree completely, hate it when I happen to run into people that just can't accept others. Had a bad case just the other day, some guy was openly making aggressions towards homosexuals, saying that it was righteous to burn them alive or imprison them just because they are the way they are. No one even asked for that, but he just said it loudly and shamelessly.

I always find it most amusing when an artist will draw something obviously designed to be sexually arousing, and then act disturbed when people react as though they're... sexually aroused. xD If you don't want people acting sexylike toward the picture you drew, why are you drawing smut?

I can't really think of any artists that have done that xD, but I kinda imagine a lot of artists with just clean galleries that make something a bit suggestive react that exact same way when those type of comments come rolling in.

I realize that artists need to eat, and have no time (nor the urge) to draw a stranger's character for free. And I don't usually have the spare change lying around to actually buy commissions, even the cheaper ones.
So I guess he'll have to drag off someone else, and I'll just wait for the end result to appear in your gallery... at least that much is free :p

I actually have no problem with feral arts... I just don't want to do adult work of them, and don't want to do them for commissions because I don't know their anatomy well enough to consistantly do a good job.
Since 90% of what I do is commissioned smut, that doesn't leave much room for other things. xD

I like the background too. a rare time where mostly where with elements of blue actually looks good. most of the time, a bright background like that is just painful to look at. I like the character, I love the pose. Fav'd! <3

Anthro Ru tends to have longer hair as I find long hair on a feral looks a bit odd. However, his most defining feature is his hair- without it he almost doesn't even look himself. So I put a little splash of the Red 'n Purple in there to keep things in order :P
