Done π€ I'm really happy how it is fanzine-like! Thank you guys π€

ID: An ink group portrait of five anthropomorphic characters, sitting on the floor, talking, gesturing and looking at each other. They are meant to represent the members of the late Brazilian band Utopia. From left to right: a fuzzy guinea pig, quite and attentive; a happy domestic dog, one ear up, other floppy; a tabby cat asking for something; a bicolor rabbit probably explaining something; and a quite grumpy tabby cat. Offwhite background. End ID.

This is magnificent!
Truly, it's one of your greatest, I believe!
And because the previous of your greatest pictures
was also a group portrait of this band, I think this qualifies you
to become the official visual furry-biographer of Mamonas Assassinas!
This is also an exemplary reference picture for the angles of character faces,
making this a Vitruvian Pear-like definitive work of art that would likely
be endlessly references by the artists of the coming ages!
Your inner teacher keeps asserting herself!
The warmth and camaraderie of this sitting arrangement is astounding,
this tangle of limbs of friends and colleague (and siblings!)
sharing a moment of mutual appreciation
and communal interaction
is cosmically powerful.
Dinho with long hair was huge surprise for me, and it really underscores
how early on their creative path this portrait belongs.
I love the way you did the sheen of the hair,
the fur pattern and the little fluffy tufts
in this ink rendition!
I actually voted for the pencil version,
because I like the softer and more diverse linework,
but you managed to recreate those qualities in your ink contours and textures,
and it's a phenomenal achievement!
Thank you for sharing this marvel!

Ooooooh, thank you so much, dear pinniped!
The composition of the original photo is beautiful, but I squealed and complained all the time "why did you all decided to be that baroque painting pose T__T", including the long hairs. At some point I determined "yeah grumpy SΓ©rgio represents all I suffered drawing this"
There are some more pictures of the same photoshoot, maybe I can do a second one in pencils, because that poll had really close results!
And, considering how it turned out very fanzine-like (with is very consistent with all Utopia-era cultural background), I'm very tempted to make some sort of biography, or maybe some respectful Trek-crossover fic (a respectful one, of course).
One more time I cannot mach the sweetness of your words, but know I appreciate and I'm grateful for each one of them!

I couldn't imagine something amazing like this having been easy to make!
I'm sorry to hear about how hard it was to complete this masterpiece,
all the same. That's some Renaissance Italian art pose complexity
in that original photo!
I have only just now noticed that the name of the band is Utopia β
the predecessor of Mamonas Assassinas! My bad!
You could already illustrate a very powerful tribute collage with what you have,
but I'm sure you are not finished with crating cool pictures of these five legends!

Ah, one more time, thank you T__T!
And hey, no need to be sorry! Sometimes I complain for fun and sport, and I put myself in this kind of difficult artistic situations on purpose, for this very specific objective. Is fine.
Unfortunately (affectionate again!) I'm reverting to my rat kitten form of late 90s, and I'm obsessed about these guys again, so expect some more art, yeah ;). I can't blame entirely myself, however; they performed in a very exaggerated way, like living cartoons, so they are endlessly COOL to draw T__T!

Sometimes while doing art, we make ourselved climb those tall trees,
and we suffer the sharp bark and falling coconuts,
and occasional drop to the ground, I get it.
It is pleasure to look at the finished piece,
but the pain and gritty dedication
that has gone into it should
also be remembered!
Here's to more Mamonas portrayed by you!
