Eveything looks good, except that the human head is the last thing to change and that just looks unnatural. The head should change, proportional to the rest of the body, so that everything is transformed at the end.
I really like your head transformation , though... I'd love to see if an actual face/head could be transformed into a real wolf head in a way that looked really legit (not just a cheap CGI transform). I think also doing a human skull to wolf skull transformation would be cool (to see what goes on under the skin/muscle). Bu you'd have to take into account the number of teeth a person has, vs. a wolf and the proper upper/lower jaw extension. Not sure if human teeth would simply be lost/replaced or if the teeth would actually transform into canine equivalent.

Not sure what you're saying here. Are you complaining that the head doesn't change at the same time as the body? If so, with all do respect, the art wasn't made for you and the client was more than happy with it.
I think there's a lot of ways to do transformations. I've seen people lean into the teeth and nails falling out, while I personally prefer using what's already there. At the end of the day it's not real, so there are many ways to do it depending on artist preference.

As I always attach great importance to the matching transformation of the human body to the body of the animal, I have to say that this head transformation looks very good. The jaws become longer, a beautiful wolf snout grows, at the same time the brain skull becomes flatter and longer, so the head transitions well into the new shape of a wolf skull. The ears also have a good transition.
What happens to the teeth is not immediately visible. I don't think it matters here either.

As always an amazing job on this comic! I really like how the head is last to change actually, it adds to the bizarre nature of TF, especially coupled with your more realistically proportioned style. And as for the dog breath, I don’t think it’ll be immediate, though it might depend on if some pret is nearby haha
Even if it ends up being a wolf and not a big cat, it's a nice transformation sequence.
I like how the human head becomes a wolf's head.
