Try to avoid uploading in .RTF format, upload it as a .TXT file and offer a formatted version for download (as a separate submission) OR, post as an .RTF and write the story out in the description (copy & paste is your friend).

And as for the story, nice one, it looks good having only read Part 1. :P

I've uploaded as TXT before, it came out with all sorts of weird symbols I didn't put in.

It may have been down to the fact you used 'special characters' not supported by the font that FA uses, or the file may have corrupted on the transfer.

So, your best bet would be to copy the story into the description field as well, that way you can offer the formatted version for download, but people can also have a glimpse at the story to see if it suits their taste.

I will admit I just found your story. I have not read this yet. Tonite, it is late for me, and I have had a few drinks, which make reading and commenting at best a bad thing. I will fave, so I can come back. I have written a story somewhat similar. I have not published it for fear that its unacceptable. Once again, let me readthis, as it may make me more confident. Otherwise, I like what little I of this have read...
