So this one went through some variations.

Starting from the left that is what she looks like in Shantae and the Seven Sirens, aside from slightly larger breasts. Then I gave her the merged legs look. After that I made the "legs" longer. And then I added the dress as you see here.
I personally LOVE this one. I loved how she looks a LOT~
