As someone who works hard to maintain and build their strength, Roy's long since passed the usefulness of a typical gym. Lucky he's got a rich friend to build unwieldy contraptions to help him continue getting stronger! Unfortunately, that means for serious training, he can't bring Leo along. So when finding the opportunity to actually do some of said serious training with another toon, he gladly invited them.
Roy's naiveté with others who are all air has certainly been corrected after this incident though. Normally he'd not be asking for 2,500 kg of force, but thinking he had another toon of similar muscle, he took such on without much second thought. And while above the 1,000 kg he averages, such weight wasn't entirely outside his reach... But 5,000 kg definitely is. Unfortunate for him that Victor wasn't paying the two much attention and misheard conversation they were making.
Also the name. Victor's hearing, Roy's muscles, Clayton's inflated ego, and Fernai's... actually Fernai did nothing wrong here. At least to most (not addressing Victor formally. big deal). But for the other three, such can only take them so far in such a situation. Meant to do more with this one, but didn't want to run as close to the time limit as last year. Just assume the next part is Victor using them both as mats :p

Ooooohhh... that smarts! Heheh, it seems as if Clayton's ego has led to someone's misfortune yet again, and this time, it wasn't exclusively his own! I'm sure Roy won't be asking for Barclay's training partnership for a looooong time after this, heheheh... The air rushing out of Clayton's mouth is a great touch showing the doom spelled for him and the shark before they're pancaked... Speaking of pancakes, very good pair of top-down flattenings for the final panel~ You don't see many square or rectangular squishings compared to the more common circular top-downs, it's nice! They remind me of a pair of pressed shirts and, of course, it's all Clayton's fault!
Thank you for participating in the contest this year, I think this sequence is your best submission yet~ It's always fun to see a couple of muscleheads get compressed... Though only Roy counts as musclebound, Clayton's just a sorry airhead.

Yeah Roy wouldn't particularly be mad at Clayton. But regardless of him lying about his inflated muscles, he definitely won't invite him to such a training session again. Heck, he may have been better off trying to invite Leo xd

Unfortunately the shark mat is in high demand by visitors, and will probably remain at the front entrance of one of Victor's establishments for awhile. The horse mat may not be as popular in terms of feel as far as word of mouth suggests, but it also sees too much use to be sold for quite a long time! ~
