This is so freaking cool!!!!! I absolutely love the rendering of the character! And the eerie embrace is a really nice choice! I love the details on the mouth and the top of the head!
Are they intended to be like some kind of vents or like missing horns/ antlers?

And can I say both? Normally they have horns but I also liked the idea of them being great places for tubing when they're in incubation pods! (Like the back of the hands!)

OOOH I like the idea of them being multi use, I feel like that'd make a really interesting art piece, like one of the ports having a horn and the other "bleeding/dripping" down he face, so freaking cool!!

These two look really cool. I also keep trying to figure out if this is 2D or 3D because it's honestly hard to tell some times. I love the duality vibe though. I just really like black and white stuff. I love the contrast on their mouths especially it's almost like it glows! Especially the white mouth. But then the white creature with the black parts it's like a void and I find that really interesting. I really like that vibe. I have no idea how you did that but it's really cool! It's like they where made for each other.

I like their head sockets too!
