Yes, Ferris has always been good with dynamic poses, even in his toonier work.

The best, biggest and lusciously oversized bare feet on the most wonderful, clever and gorgeous starcat that I know, my Jenora and you. And Ferris knows how to imply how big their subjects could be without stressing stasis. The imagination will do the rest, and you and I know how well we both can imagine. If things go as I suspect, we'll have a bit of sharing tonight and I can dote and wax worshipfully upon your feet...and continue to do so, even when your feet impress their worshipful bounty upon me, perhaps.

Yeah, Ferris is one of those people who likes doing 'silly fun' in drawings at times. All the more sad on my part that I've got so few commissions from him.

I like that the dance movement is added to the tail and the hair.

Agreed. I love when artists pull that off, making it look more like being caught mid-motion rather than a static pose. One of the reasons I love 'dancing' as a theme.
