==== Background : ====
Phi was born and raised throughout his childhood in a native nevrean village in the Nev mountains. As is customary for native male nevreans, he was raised in a rather sheltered fashion, mainly guided in musical and artistic education. He showed a promising development in the arts of singing and dancing while not really showing much interest in instrumental performance.
He has heterochromia, his right eye being magenta, while his left eye is deep red. His left cheek is also accented by a marking of similar colour. Phi inherited the red eye and marking from his father, as did his sister Camsie.
In his teenage years he unfortunately fell out with his older sister Camsie, which prompted him to run away from home in an emotional fit, having become terrified of her. When he fled home, he started growing his headfeathers long enough to cover his left side of the face, as it was a reminder of his connection with his terrifying sister.
Phi learned a lot about the outside world in his journey, and eventually made his way into Gold Ring. There, after some period of adjustment to city life, he put his artistic upbringing to good use by joining the Jade Judda entertainment establishment where he acted as dancer and entertainer. There, he met some valuable friends and a means to stay afloat in the comparatively bustling city of Gold Ring. The city confonted him with the urban nevrean mindset of Sabi no Wa, where each nevrean can be treated equally regardless of their gender, which is exactly opposite to what he learned growing up. While it was a very curious concept to him at first, the more he learned about it the more it made sense to him and he grew very fond of this mindset and its values, becoming a supporter of this movement.
As he aged and grew more mature, he stopped hiding his facial features and instead used them to his advantage as they offered him a more striking and colourful appearance while performing.


==== Personality : ====
Phi is usually easygoing and cheerful, thanks to his mostly carefree upbringing. It becomes evident when he starts talking about the things he loves, eagerly sharing his enthusiasm with whoever is willing to lend him an ear. If left uninterrupted, he can easily spend hours talking, explaining and going on tangents about his favourite topics in art and entertainment.
City life has taught him many valuable lessons, such as respecting boundries, punctuality and the importance of acceptance in the modern society. The Sabi no Wa movement may be an urban phenomenon, but he understands and supports the cause.
He can be a bit self-conscious about his asymmetrical facial features, as they still bear an emotional baggage to him, though he handles the situation much better now than in his earlier days. It is when he puts his mind fully into his performance act that he can be really feel free from this baggage and truly enjoy life, it's his way of coping with the past.
